Bob Schneider - President and CEO
Bob Schneider brings over 30 years of marketing experience to Desert Adventures.
He is an experienced Integrated Marketing Executive with over 15 years experience developing and packaging integrated marketing programs with Fortune 500 companies including Warner Bros., McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Fox, Universal, Viacom, Disney, Sony, Burger King, General Motors, Mattel, Hasbro, General Mills, and Kellogg’s. Expertise includes identification and development of strategic goals and initiatives, creating and managing creative and account teams, along with identifying and developing strategic relationships and partnerships. Extensive experience in working with cross functional teams in complex organizations.
Bob’s last corporate role was with Warner Bros. where he spent 10 years in the corporate marketing group leading a team of executives in creating integrating marketing programs across divisions of the company. For the past three years Bob has been pursuing entrepreneurial projects.
Bob was looking for an opportunity to define the next chapter in his career and found a gem of a company in Desert Adventures where he could bring his marketing experience and love of the outdoors to help grow the company. Bob is excited to join his partner Kim Nilsson in taking Desert Adventures to the next level expanding the business.
Bob and his wife Julie have moved from Los Angeles to Ranch Mirage to operate the business. He has 3 adult sons living in Los Angeles.
Bob is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago where he received a MBA with an emphasis in marketing.
