Desert Adventures offers a variety of rental & decor options to enhance your event. Whether you’re looking to create a wonderful themed event, add couches, lounges, and other comfortable seating, providing upgraded bathroom facilities, decorating with unique linens and centerpieces, or more, our friendly sales staff will be happy to help you create the event of your dreams!
Below are just some of the options available. But this is by no means an exhaustive list. So if you don’t see what you are looking for, just ask us!
We own 14 propane heaters that are available for rental. We can rent additional heaters if needed (but in our experience, 14 is enough for most groups).
Market umbrellas add a punch of pizzazz to any event and provide some shade relief in the warmer months. Desert Adventures owns 6 rust colored market umbrellas. But we can rent additional umbrellas if desired.
As the temperature heats up, cooling fans are a welcome compliment to your event. We can supply stand alone trailers that feature:
Our site fee includes the use of our picnic tables with separate benches. However, there are a variety of upgraded seating options available to fit the mood you are trying to create. Below are just some of the options available. We work with a variety of vendors, so if there's something in particular you have in mind, just let us know.
Lighted LED Acrylic Tables - Our FAVORITE Option
If you're looking for something that will create a really WOW effect, consider lighted LED acrylic tables. The tables can be programmed to be all the same color or different colors, and can even be programmed to change colors as the evening progresses, creating a really magical feel. This is a perfect enhancement for a Desert Magic Themed Event!
Led lights come in seven different colors: Red, Blue, Orange, Purple, Pink, Green, and White. Available in 60" and 72" rounds.

Cotton-poly tablecloths that fit our picnic tables are available in the following colors:
Available colors are subject to changed based on the rental company's current inventory.
Additional colors may be available upon request from alternative vendors. So if you have a particular color in mind, let us know and we will provide you with a quote.
Linens in a wide variety of colors and patterns are available for banquet rounds, though availability varies depending on the size round you are using. Creative overlays, runners, and specialty linens are also available.
Our operations team will work with you in selecting the perfect linens to fit the theme and look you want.
Napkins in a variety of matching and contrasting colors are available. Specialty linen napkins are available for an additional charge.
We can provide a variety of different centerpiece options to fit any theme or decor vision you may have. Below are a few of our favorites, but if you have something particular in mind, please just let us know.
Acrylic Boot and/or Saddle molds with silk flowers.
A hand crafted Southwest Candle Lamp arranged with Desert Succulents in a square dish accented with natural stones and votive candles.
(5-6) Vibrant Gerber Daisies arranged in a square Vase accented with Limes and Lily Grass. Gerber Daisies available is several colors.
Three different size Glass Pillar Vases in Iron Stands with Clear Gems or natural stones and floating candles. Add a mirror and fall leaves with gourds OR glass gems and orchid blooms (additional charge)
A Vibrant arrangement of the seasons finest blooms accented with exotic greenery.
Mason jar filled with fresh blooms, and accented with Cowboy hat, mini bales of straw, horse shoes, and lantern all encircled in a lariat.
Desert Ikebana Centerpieces - Drawing inspiration from hand procured Natural Date Blooms, Disfigured Date Palm Fronds, Grape Wood, Seed Pods and a variety of other Desert Flora and Fauna these arrangements are sculpted with a Minimalistic approach using what is available locally at the time. Every arrangement is different.
Lighted Acrylic Centerpieces (Great for a Desert Magic Themed Event or any event using the LED lighted tables).
Our basic package includes standard port-o-lets for your event (including 1 ADA bathroom). All of the bathrooms are cleaned right before the event and we light all of the restrooms and we have hand washing station(s). The site fee includes 1 port-o-let for every 50 guests (with a minimum of two) plus 1 hand-washing station for every 100 guests.
The following are the upgraded facilities available (additional fees apply):
Single units can accommodate 200 uses each. Units are nonflushable. Rental includes delivery, portable lighting, supplies, removal and final cleaning. We have one ADA bathroom at the venue, but additional units can be added, if needed.
The Double Solar Unit is two single stalls on a trailer with an off-white interior, flushable toilet, mirror, lighting, and a sink with soap and paper towels (similar to an airline restroom). This double unit can accommodate 150 uses per side (a use is either a flush or use of the sink). Gender signage is available upon request. Rental includes delivery, supplies, removal and final cleaning.
The Small Comfort Station is casual with off-white fiberglass interior. It is equipped with 3 stalls and 1 sink on women’s side, 2 stalls & 3 urinals and 1 sink on the men’s side. This unit can accommodate 1000 uses and is equipped w/air-conditioning. Rental includes delivery, 300 gallon holding tank, generator power, supplies, removal and final cleaning.
The Executive Comfort Station comes in desert or dark green interior and is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Each unit is equipped with 4 stalls and 2 sinks on women’s side, and 2 stalls, 3 urinals and 1 sink on men’s side. Each unit can accommodate 1250 uses. Rental includes delivery, 300 gallon holding tank, generator power, supplies, removal and final cleaning.
This large Executive Comfort Station comes in Wine or Grey interior and is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Each unit is equipped with 5 stalls and 2 sinks on women’s side, and 2 stalls, 3 urinals and 1 sink on men’s side. Each unit can accommodate 1250 uses. Rental includes delivery, 300 gallon holding tank, generator power, supplies, removal and final cleaning.

Whether you are looking to create a cozy lounge area for your guests to relax and network, or you're looking for fun decor to enhance whatever theme you've selected, we can help locate and secure anything from lounge furniture to throw rugs to overstuffed pillows to palms and other plants to all sorts of props and other fun decor options.

When you book a 2-4 piece band through Desert Adventures, we include our 8' x 12' stage with black skirting and basic stage lighting.
If you are bringing in your own band, our stage and stage lighting is available for rental or the band can supply their own (however, additional charges for power may apply, depending on your band's power requirements).
For larger bands, we will need to rent additional riser sections or we can provide full, professional performance stages and stage lighting. Please contact us for more information.
We can also provide customized RV's to be used as a "Green Room", if needed.
We also have a 20' x 20' portable dance floor available for rental.
For most groups, the ambient and colored lighting that we provide in our standard package will be sufficient. But if we are creating a custom theme party for you, your group is very large, or you really want the add the WOW factor, then you may want to consider addition additional lighting.

We can project your company logo on the side of a mountain or on the ground to highlight your brand. If you have your own gobo, we can provide the lighting and projection system only, or we can have a custom gobo made for your event with sufficient notice.
The upper level lighting that is included in our standard packages is designed to provide safety and ambient lighting to allow guests to enjoy the view from the upper level. However, if you would like to use the upper level as a dining or entertainment area, then additional lighting may be required.
The most popular option is to add additional stringer lights on the upper level, but there are other options available as well.
