Professional Photographer (3 hour minimum)

Includes full resolution image files of candid photography

Options:

• Proofing
• 4×6 Proof Prints ~ Minimum Order 100 prints
• Thumbnail Proofs ~ 12 images per 8×10 sheet bound into book
• Prints (4×6, 5×7, 8×10, and 11×14 available)

Delivery (required):

• Delivery of image files on disc with redundant archive ~ Normal delivery schedule is 3-5 business days.
• Rush delivery as soon as 2 hours is available upon request (additional charge)
• Onsite printing is available (additional charge)

Miscellaneous (optional):

• Lights for formal photographs
• Background
• Posting images online for reprint orders
• Posting full resolution images for no-charge image download

Terms

• Sales tax of 9% is applied to all charges if delivery is in California
• Deposit of 75% is required in advance. Net due 7 days.
• Photographer retains all copyrights

Green Screen Photo-Op Station (3 Hours)

Photography station with a green screen background, lights, camera and operator capable of producing 500 4×6 prints per hour. Custom template is included.

Please note: camera is “tethered” to the computer and is not mobile

Options:

• White 4×6 folders ~ Minimum order is 300 folders
• Additional hours
• Additional prints ~ 5×7 and 8×10 prints are available

Roaming Candid Instant Prints (3 Hours)

Photographer roams to take photographs anyplace at an event. 4×6 photographs are printed at a printer station for guests to pickup up at their leisure.

Options:

• White 4×6 folders ~ Minimum order is 300 folders
• Assistant at print station to help display photos
• Additional hours
• Additional 4×6 prints
• Optional wireless printing

Formal Photographs Printed Onsite (3 Hours)

Photography of awards, formals, “couples”, can be printed onsite during the event.

Cost for formal photos is in addition to standard photography and print rates, backgrounds, lighting, folders, etc.
